A Touch Above CO, LLC is seeking a licensed massage therapist with at least one year of experience to join our team as a W-2 employee.

• 39 (1-2 years experience) $40
• 44 (3-4 years experience) $45
• 47 (5+ years experience) Compensation based on experience and skill level.

Location 2120 Academy Circle, Suite F Responsibilities Provide customized massage therapy tailored to clients' needs Maintain a clean and organized treatment space Communicate effectively with clients Complete SOAP notes accurately and consistently Deliver a high level of care, comfort, and professionalism Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations Requirements Active Colorado Massage Therapy License Valid liability insurance Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience Strong communication skills Proficiency in SOAP note documentation Benefits & Support Competitive pay structure Hydraulic tables for ease of body mechanics All supplies provided (sheets, oils/lotions, tools) Laundry handled for you Administrative support + scheduling assistance Work alongside a supportive, like-minded team What Makes This Position Unique This role focuses on therapeutic massage , with many referrals coming from physicians, including the Veterans Affairs (VA) system. You'll have the opportunity to: Work with clients who truly need your skills Apply advanced therapeutic techniques Build consistency with structured, ongoing care plans Sessions are scheduled in 15-minute increments, ranging from 30 to 60 minutes.
