Job Description
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) - Part-Time Wilmington Spine Center | Wilmington, DE Wilmington Spine Center is seeking a compassionate, professional Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This position works closely with our chiropractors to provide high-quality therapeutic care as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative healthcare environment and is interested in growing with our practice. For the right candidate, this position has the potential to transition into a full-time role as patient demand continues to grow. Responsibilities Provide therapeutic and medical massage under the direction of the chiropractor. Perform additional therapeutic modalities as appropriate. Implement individualized treatment plans prescribed by the chiropractor. Document patient treatments with clear, accurate, and timely clinical notes. Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor. Collaborate with providers and staff to support excellent patient outcomes. Required Qualifications Active Delaware Massage Therapy License Valid Delaware Driver's License Current CPR Certification Professional Liability (Malpractice) Insurance Strong written communication and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical or therapeutic massage Experience with therapeutic exercise instruction Experience working in a chiropractic, rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary healthcare setting Team-oriented with a desire to grow professionally
