Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will need to have a solid background in medical massage and excellent note writing skills/ In this role, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation and alleviate pain for our clientele. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments to meet individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand specific concerns, medical history, and treatment goals. Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment plans, progress, and post-session care instructions. Maintain detailed records of each session, including client feedback and treatment outcomes. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized treatment environment in compliance with health regulations. Stay informed about the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing education. Promote a positive client experience by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering open client communication. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in providing various massage modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and medical massage techniques. Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans. Experience working in healthcare settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with medical terminology related to pain management and occupational health is advantageous. CPR certification is required to ensure safety during all treatments. Prior experience with patient assessment, pain management strategies, and client communication is essential for success in this role. Pay:
$36.00 - $42.00 per hour
