Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. This job is commission based. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques, including trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage, to provide exceptional care tailored to each client's needs. Pay :

Commision based pay Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Perform various types of massage therapies, including trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage, focusing on pain management and relaxation. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions. Collaborate with other health professionals in an occupational health or med spa setting as needed. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress. Advertise self on social media and other platforms. Requirements Valid massage therapy license or certification from an accredited program. Proficiency in trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and other relevant techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of pain management strategies and occupational health practices is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy knowledge is essential. Excellent patient assessment skills to tailor treatments effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
