Our team values professionalism, ongoing learning, and high service standards. We foster a respectful and supportive workplace where licensed professionals can continue to grow their skills. Position Summary We are seeking a Florida-licensed Massage Therapists to join our team. This role involves providing therapeutic massage services in line with Florida practice standards and spa policies. We welcome both experienced therapists and newly licensed professionals who are reliable, professional, and committed to client care. Beyond massage services, therapists may assist with client documentation and general studio organization to maintain a clean, professional environment. Schedule Options We are hiring for the following shifts: Shift 1: Monday, Wednesday
  • Saturday, 10:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM Shift 2: Monday
  • Friday, 3:00 PM
  • 8:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM Closed on Sundays Evening and Saturday availability may be required based on the selected shift.
Essential Responsibilities Provide therapeutic massage services tailored to client needs and professional assessment Perform techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and relaxation-focused modalities Complete client intake forms and session documentation according to guidelines Maintain sanitation, safety, and professional practice standards Assist with light administrative tasks, such as front desk support when needed Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment Minimum Qualifications Active Florida Massage Therapy License in good standing Knowledge of applicable practice standards and sanitation requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Availability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled Professional, dependable, and client-focused approach Prior experience is preferred but not required. Newly licensed therapists who demonstrate strong work ethic and commitment to professional standards are encouraged to apply.
