We are looking for a dedicated, punctual, and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team who takes pride in their craft, client care, and personal presentation. Who is dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise in various massage techniques, combined with your commitment to patient care and professionalism, will ensure each client receives personalized treatment tailored to their specific needs. This position offers an engaging environment where your skills can make a meaningful difference in clients' health journeys. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and some stretching techniques. Conduct thorough SOAP notes/ intake on health conditions, pain points, and treatment goals. Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients throughout sessions to ensure comfort and satisfaction. Apply your knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness or pain management. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, proper sanitation standards and smoke free environment standards to ensure a safe environment for all clients. Document treatment details accurately in client records and follow up on progress or adjustments as needed. Experience Proven experience as a licensed massage therapist with a strong background in various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments. Demonstrated knowledge of human physiology and anatomy relevant to massage therapy practices. Prior experience working in medical spas or clinical settings is highly desirable. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients about their health concerns and treatment options. Familiarity with medical terminology related to pain management and therapeutic treatments. Certification in CPR is not required; additional certifications in specialized therapies such as trigger point therapy or sports massage are a plus. Pay:
$20.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
