The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional care. You will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, delivering therapeutic massages, and contributing to their overall wellness journey. Your expertise in anatomy, physiology, and pain management will play a crucial role in enhancing the health and well-being of our clients. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences. Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at pain management and overall wellness. Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and patient progress. Educate clients on self-care techniques and the benefits of regular massage therapy. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to support patient health goals. Deliver outstanding customer service experiences throughout their visit Stay updated on the latest techniques and trends in massage therapy and occupational health. Experience Valid Massage Therapist state license or certification Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a strong focus on patient service and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and occupational health principles is essential. Experience in a med spa setting is preferred but not required. Ability to build rapport with clients while maintaining professionalism at all times. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.
