 Burr Ridge, IL Opportunity Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth's mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood.
Specific responsibilities include:
Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service Offering sincere suggestions for the guest's benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring products recommend for their home care We have part time opportunities available. Hours will vary between 8:30am and 8:00pm, weekdays & 1 weekend a week requirement. Skills/Requirements State of Illinois Massage Certificate required Minimum of one year experience, ideally in a luxury spa setting preferred Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The average commission plus gratuity per service for this position is $77.58 - $87.12. The competitive commission range for this position + tips/gratuity may be influenced by a variety of factors.
