In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic massage services to clients, focusing on their individual needs and wellness goals. Your expertise in various massage techniques, including deep tissue and trigger point therapy, will help enhance patient satisfaction and promote overall health. You will work in a supportive environment that values customer service and patient care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and tailor massage treatments accordingly. Perform various types of massages, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and relaxation techniques. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for ongoing care. Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and ensuring their comfort throughout the session. Requirements Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist. Proficiency in deep tissue massage techniques and patient assessment skills. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to massage therapy practices. Experience in a med spa setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
