Job Title Licensed Massage Therapist — Corporate Chair Massage Events (TheraBee) | Independent Contractor Job Summary Worker Bee Wellness is a Phoenix-metro workplace wellness company bringing chair massage, wellness support, and mindful care directly into offices and corporate events across Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and the greater Valley. We're growing our network of TheraBees — licensed massage therapists who deliver calm, professional seated massage at half-day and full-day corporate events, employee appreciation days, and wellness fairs. This is a flexible, gig-style independent contractor role: events are offered to our TheraBee network first-come, first-served, and you choose which ones fit your schedule.

Duties Deliver professional seated chair massage sessions (typically 10-minute sessions with brief intake) at corporate events, keeping a warm, efficient pace so every employee stays on schedule Greet each participant, briefly explain the session, and confirm comfort, consent, and pressure preferences before beginning Arrive 15-30 minutes before each event to set up, and reset your station quickly between sessions Ensure every client completes the required Client Waiver and Release Form before receiving services Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming station and adhere to professional sanitation standards Represent the Worker Bee Wellness brand professionally, using WBW-provided marketing materials, and communicate promptly with the onsite lead and WBW contact Maintain clear professional boundaries — no medical claims or diagnosing; wellness-focused, fully clothed seated massage in workplace settings Requirements Valid massage therapy license in good standing for the state where services are provided (Arizona) Current professional liability insurance, with Worker Bee Wellness added as an additional insured (condition of participation) Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites across the Phoenix metro area with your own equipment (massage chair preferred) Strong communication, punctuality, and professionalism suited to corporate environments Comfortable with event-based work: accepting events voluntarily, following event-specific terms, and managing your own schedule Experience with chair/seated massage or corporate events preferred but not required
