Total earnings often exceed $50 per service. Responsibilities Deliver a variety of massage therapies including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and other specialized techniques to meet client needs. Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals. Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate wellness practices or follow-up treatments. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Stay current with industry trends and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills and certifications. Communicate effectively with clients to build trust, address questions, and ensure a positive experience during every visit. Skills Proven expertise in massage therapy techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and prenatal massage. Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to pain management and occupational health. Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and state licensing as a Massage Therapist. Ability to perform patient assessments effectively while demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
