We're looking for a compassionate, skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team and provide exceptional therapeutic experiences that help our guests relax, recover, and feel their best. What You'll Do Welcome guests with professionalism and provide personalized consultations to understand their wellness goals and any health considerations. Perform high-quality massage services tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences. Create a calming, clean, and relaxing treatment environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional guest care. Educate clients on self-care techniques, stretching, and wellness recommendations to support results between appointments. Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes while respecting confidentiality. Follow all sanitation, safety, and Minnesota state licensing regulations. Work collaboratively with the salon and spa team to create a seamless luxury guest experience. Continue developing your skills through ongoing education and industry training. What We're Looking For Current Minnesota Massage Therapy License (or ability to obtain one prior to employment). Strong knowledge of anatomy, muscle function, and massage techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor. Passion for helping others improve their health and well-being. Ability to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business. Experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
