Perform various massage techniques, including trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage, tailored to each client's condition. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address specific pain management issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress, adhering to medical terminology standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings to provide comprehensive care. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments. Provide excellent patient service by addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques. Skills Proficient in trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage techniques. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to massage therapy. Knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology relevant to patient assessments. Experience in pain management strategies for various conditions. Familiarity with med spa environments is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining confidentiality.
