We have a team that is too good to be true and I pinch myself often. Everyone that works at The Darling Den, has been with me almost since the beginning, except for our newest techs that have come as we've grown. We are a boutique spa on Cathedral Hill that is holistic, natural focused and beautifully simple. We are going on our 5th year of business, starting with 1 person (me!) and are now a team of 7! The energy in my space is really important to me and I would love someone to join our team that radiates positivity, kindness, is inclusive and greatly talented. We are hoping for someone that has been practicing more than 2 years but I am open to those fresh out of school, beaming with enthusiasm for their new career! Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and occupational health massages tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their concerns, medical history, and treatment goals Educate clients on the benefits of different massage therapies and recommend appropriate treatment plans Maintain detailed records of each session, including client feedback and treatment progress Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by following proper sanitation protocols and adhering to health regulations Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, provide comfort, and ensure satisfaction during each session Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and industry best practices to continually enhance service quality Experience Proven experience in massage therapy with a strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology Demonstrated expertise in various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and relaxing spa treatments.
