Every session is tailored to the client's needs, goals, and comfort level, combining professional experience, specialized techniques, and attentive care. All services are delivered by licensed massage therapists in a professional, therapeutic setting. We're hiring full-time and part-time Licensed Massage Therapists to grow with us. Why Humano Is Different You became a therapist to do therapy -- that's what you'll do here. We handle the rest. You focus on the work, not the front desk. Full-time reception means you're not answering phones, checking clients out, chasing your own tips, or doing laundry. Your job is your therapy, your space, and your notes. We invest in your craft. You'll learn specialized modalities and clinical skills through paid training and active learning courses — the kind of education most therapists have to pay for out of pocket. We keep therapists long-term. Growth, mentorship, and a genuine clinical community are built into how we operate, not bolted on. What You'll Do Deliver personalized, outcome-focused massage sessions tailored to each client's goals and comfort level Perform therapeutic and relaxation techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and other modalities you're trained in) Conduct thoughtful intake and assessment, and adapt treatment to the individual Maintain a clean, professional, welcoming treatment space Keep clear, accurate SOAP notes and communicate with clients in a client-centered, professional way Grow into advanced modalities and, if you'd like, into lead and mentoring roles over time
What We Offer Compensation:
Base pay, commission, tips, and paid trialing (tips typically add 20-30% per session) 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible scheduling — up to 40 hours per week, built around your life Paid training and active learning courses in specialized modalities (sports, injury, prenatal, medical, stretching, stress management, and more) All massage supplies and uniforms provided Mentorship and Education Opportunities What We're Looking For Active NJ State Massage Therapy License (required) 1+ year of experience, or a well-rounded, related skill set (personal training, yoga, PT background, etc.) Strong clinical thinking and excellent anatomy & kinesiology knowledge Science-based, informed approach to treatment Clear, professional communication with an emphasis on client-centered care Reliable, punctual, and genuinely motivated to help people feel and move better New graduates are encouraged to apply.
