Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, , and occupational health treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct brief client consultations before each service and maintain a safe, comfortable experience Customize pressure and technique while respecting each guest's preferences and comfort level Maintain detailed treatment records in compliance with licensing regulations and clinic policies Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort and address any questions or concerns during sessions Adhere to all safety protocols including CPR certification and proper sanitation procedures Maintain treatment rooms, linens, equipment, and supplies according to Spa Castle's cleanliness and sanitation standards Complete required service notes and follow all company policies and New York State regulations Work collaboratively with the massage team, spa coordinators, front desk staff, and management to provide a smooth and positive guest experience Support fellow team members during busy periods and contribute to a respectful, cooperative workplace Maintain a professional, welcoming, and positive attitude at all times Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in CPR Proven experience delivering various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue Prior experience working in spas or occupational health settings is highly desirable Excellent client communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations Familiarity with customer service principles ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients Join us in creating a healing space where every touch transforms lives!
