Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Educate clients on massage benefits, post-treatment care, and self-care strategies to support ongoing wellness Maintain accurate records of each session, including treatment details and client progress Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns or questions during sessions Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to massage therapy and pain management Proven experience in patient service with excellent client communication skills Ability to assess patient needs through detailed client evaluation and adapt techniques accordingly Knowledge of occupational health practices to support workplace wellness programs CPR certification and commitment to maintaining safety standards at all times Previous med spa or medical setting experience is highly desirable for providing specialized care Passion for customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters trust and comfort Join us in delivering outstanding massage therapy services that transform lives!
