• Beaverton Option to grow into full-time RAP Manual Therapy and Massage is hiring a skilled, professional LMT for our Beaverton clinic.

Schedule 2 weekdays of your choice. Room to move to full-time as your caseload grows. Pay 50% commission. First 4 months: for each scheduled shift you earn the higher of $33 per bookable appointment or 50% commission that day. The average commission on a 60-minute massage over a 2-week pay period is $57.32. Support Established, insured client base (BCBS/Regence and VA preferred provider). We handle and pay BCBS and VA credentialing. If you are already credentialed with BCBS, you can start in about a week. If not, we go through credentialing, which takes about 6 weeks. VA credentialing is typically ~1 month. Requirements Active Oregon LMT license and current malpractice insurance Strong deep tissue, trigger point, and clinical massage Reliable and punctual (arrive 15 minutes early) Clear communication and solid client care Insurance-based experience a plus No health insurance or PTO.
