Compensation:
$36 - $40 hourly
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with chiropractors and physical therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans that support patient recovery. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space, ensuring a positive experience for every patient. Stay informed about the latest massage therapy techniques and integrate them into your practice to provide cutting-edge care. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately, contributing to our team's holistic approach to health management. Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to refine your skills and advance your career. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment by actively listening to patient feedback and adapting your approach accordingly.
Qualifications:
Active Oregon License for Massage Therapy Experience in delivering therapeutic massage treatments in a clinical or healthcare setting. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including chiropractors and physical therapists. Proven track record of maintaining detailed and accurate client records to ensure continuity of care. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety in all client interactions. Strong communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and colleagues. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
