Your responsibilities Tailor therapeutic, relaxation, and recovery-focused massage to each client's goals, preferences, comfort, and contraindications. Provide lymphatic drainage and other specialty modalities when appropriately trained, within scope, and approved. Maintain appropriate draping, professional boundaries, privacy, and clear client communication. Document sessions, explain aftercare, and support thoughtful rebooking and relevant retail recommendations. Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and ready, with fresh linens and consistent sanitation; coordinate appointment flow with the concierge team. Required qualifications At least 3 years of hands-on professional massage therapist experience and an active Texas Massage Therapist license. Consistent technique, reliable attendance, and attentive client care are essential. Lymphatic drainage experience is preferred. Deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and other specialty training are valued. Saturday availability is preferred.

Compensation Hourly base:

Paid for all hours worked; rate based on relevant experience and specialty skills, confirmed in the written offer.

Service commission:

Typically approximately $60 per completed massage service, in addition to hourly base pay. This is a per-service commission estimate, not a $60 hourly base rate; actual commission varies under the written compensation plan.

Retail commission:

A separate component for eligible retail sales.

Client tips:

You retain 100%, in addition to base pay and commissions.

Signing and six-month retention bonuses:

Up to $1,000 combined. Commissions are calculated on eligible collected revenue after applicable direct consumables, under a written compensation plan.
