00 per hands-on hour , based on experience, skills, and clinical expertise W-2 employee position (not an independent contractor) What We Offer Flexible full-time and part-time schedules Consistent client flow with an established patient base Continuing education reimbursement Ongoing mentorship and professional development Fully furnished treatment rooms All supplies and linens provided Laundry service provided No selling memberships or retail products Positive, supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunities for career advancement as we continue to grow What You'll Do As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will: Perform client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic and medical massage treatments tailored to each client's needs Help clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and support injury recovery Educate clients on stretching, posture, and self-care techniques Complete accurate and timely SOAP notes Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room Work collaboratively with a team committed to outstanding patient care Conditions You'll Commonly Treat Our therapists regularly work with clients experiencing: Chronic pain Neck and back pain Sciatica Sports injuries Muscle tension and trigger points Postural dysfunction Headaches and migraines TMJ dysfunction Injury rehabilitation Stress-related muscle pain Limited range of motion Many of our clients are referred by physicians, VA Community Care, attorneys, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers. Preferred Skills Experience in any of the following is highly valued: Therapeutic Massage Medical Massage Deep Tissue Massage Trigger Point Therapy Myofascial Release Sports Massage Additional certifications are a plus: Manual Lymphatic Drainage Stretch Therapy Prenatal Massage TMJ Treatment Cupping Hot Stone Massage Injury Rehabilitation Techniques Qualifications Current Utah Massage Therapy License Professional Liability Insurance Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to complete detailed SOAP notes Passion for helping clients improve their health and quality of life New graduates are encouraged to apply.
