We are currently hiring for a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time as your schedule and clientele develop. Full-time team members are eligible for medical and dental benefits. About Everra Everra Wellness is a small, independently owned wellness studio focused on providing personalized, high-quality care in a space that feels warm, welcoming, and professional. Our approach blends the comfort and experience of a spa with knowledgeable, therapeutic care. We believe great massage isn't one-size-fits-all. Our therapists are encouraged to bring their own experience and style to the treatment room while listening closely to each client and adapting sessions to what they need that day. We're looking for someone who values connection, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a supportive team where they can continue to learn and grow. What You'll Do Provide personalized massage therapy based on each client's goals, preferences, and needs Confidently blend therapeutic and relaxation techniques within a session Review client intake forms and communicate with clients about areas of concern, treatment goals, pressure preferences, and contraindications Maintain clear and appropriate session documentation Create a comfortable, professional, and welcoming experience from beginning to end Follow proper sanitation, safety, and draping standards Communicate openly with clients and fellow team members Continue developing your skills and knowledge through experience and continuing education We're Looking for Someone Who Holds an active Washington State Massage Therapist License Has a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal function Is comfortable adapting sessions to a wide range of clients and goals Can provide both therapeutic and relaxation-focused massage Communicates well and makes clients feel comfortable and cared for Is dependable, professional, and able to work independently Values continuing education and growing as a therapist Enjoys being part of a small, collaborative team Experience with modalities such as sports massage, pregnancy massage, cupping, stretching, or other therapeutic techniques is a plus, but we don't expect every therapist to practice every modality. Position Details This position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to build toward a full-time schedule. We're looking for someone interested in growing with Everra and developing a consistent client base within the studio.
