Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Massage Therapist to provide exceptional therapeutic services that promote healing, relaxation, and overall well-being. In this role, you will assess patients' needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver a variety of massage techniques to enhance physical health. Your expertise will help patients achieve relief from pain, improve mobility, and support their journey toward optimal health. Responsibilities Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their specific needs, conditions, and goals for therapy Develop customized medical massage treatment plans utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, or Reiki services Perform professional massage sessions that promote relaxation, pain relief, improved circulation, and stress reduction Educate patients on post-treatment care, including stretching exercises, nutrition advice, or other recommendations when needed Maintain detailed records of client treatments, progress notes, and intake forms using medical software systems Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures, answer questions, and build trusting relationships with families and individuals Collaborate with other providers to ensure proper treatment is provided for patients. Skills Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to tailor treatments effectively Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to patient assessment and care planning Experience working with diverse populations including postpartum women and families Excellent client communication skills to ensure a positive experience and foster ongoing relationships Knowledge of nutrition principles that support overall health and wellness Proficiency with medical software for scheduling, documentation, and patient management Join our team as a Massage Therapist and become a vital part of helping individuals achieve greater health.
Pay:
$20.00 - $55.00 per hour
