Established Earning Structure:

Conduct brief, thoughtful client intakes and document SOAP notes standard to clinical practice. Manage a seamless client check-out and rebooking process at the conclusion of the session. Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment space. Qualifications Active Washington State Massage Therapist License (LMT) in good standing. Professional liability insurance. Strong clinical reasoning, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining a warm, client-focused presence.
