Employee, Part-Time or Full-Time Compensation:
$45/hr hands-on + $22/hr admin/charting time (Equates to $56 per 60-minute client block ) + Tips + Sign-On/Retention Bonuses. Guaranteed $35/hr shift floor during ramp-up. Why Work With Us? Complete Schedule Control:
You define your own shifts. You tell us the days and times you want to work, and how many hands-on hours you are comfortable with per day. True W-2

Immediate Client Base:
Skip the months of filling your schedule—our waitlist means you can be as busy as you want to be from day one. Compensation & Benefits We believe in transparent, ethical compensation that honors your physical labor, clinical expertise, and overall well-being.
Established Earning Structure:
$45/hour hands-on time $22/hour dedicated administrative/charting time (30 minutes automatically attached to every 60-minute service)
Example:
A standard 1-hour appointment block pays $56 base + tips .
Guaranteed Income Safety Net:
During your initial ramp-up and insurance credentialing phase (typically the first 2-3 months), you are guaranteed $35/hour for your entire scheduled shift , regardless of booking volume. You will never sit in the clinic unpaid.

Earn 50-60% commission on speciality services. What You'll Do Provide high-quality, outcome-focused therapeutic massage tailored to individual client goals. Conduct brief, thoughtful client intakes and document SOAP notes standard to clinical practice. Manage a seamless client check-out and rebooking process at the conclusion of the session. Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment space. Qualifications Active Washington State Massage Therapist License (LMT) in good standing. Professional liability insurance. Strong clinical reasoning, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining a warm, client-focused presence.
Note:
If you are not currently credentialed with major insurance networks (Kaiser, Premera, Aetna, etc.), we will assist and guide you through the process while ensuring you are protected by our guaranteed shift pay.
