Medical Assistant — Luxury Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Medicine Scottsdale, Arizona Our Plastic Surgery & MedSpa practice is seeking an exceptional
BILINGUAL
Medical Assistant to join our growing luxury aesthetic practice in Scottsdale. This is not an ordinary medical assistant position. We are building a world-class team focused on excellence, accountability, elevated patient care, and extraordinary attention to detail. Our patients expect a seamless, highly personalized experience, and every member of our team plays a critical role in delivering that standard consistently. We are looking for a polished, emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and takes genuine pride in doing things the right way. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, coachable, highly organized, and naturally service-driven. You anticipate needs before being asked, communicate with professionalism and warmth, and understand that luxury medicine is about both clinical excellence and exceptional hospitality. What You'll Do Create a smooth, elevated patient experience from arrival through post-treatment care Escort and prepare patients with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency Take high-quality before-and-after photography per surgeon specifications Accurately obtain patient history, vitals, medication lists, and documentation Prepare and maintain immaculate, procedure-ready exam rooms Assist the surgeon during in-office procedures and treatments Educate patients thoroughly on treatment plans and post-care instructions Perform approved clinical duties including dressing changes, suture removal, and patient follow-up Manage patient flow and support scheduling coordination Sterilize instruments and uphold the highest clinical standards and compliance protocols Maintain inventory, supply organization, and treatment room readiness Support the practice's digital and social presence when needed Who You Are Certified Medical Assistant (required) 2+ years of experience in a medical, surgical, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic environment preferred Experience in aesthetics or plastic surgery strongly preferred Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Calm under pressure and able to multitask efficiently Professional, polished, and patient-centered in both appearance and communication Naturally proactive and solution-oriented Comfortable with accountability, performance expectations, and continuous growth Dedicated to maintaining a luxury-level patient experience at all times Spanish-speaking candidates preferred What This Role Requires This position is best suited for someone who: Takes ownership and follows through consistently Thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment Values professionalism, teamwork, and excellence Is emotionally intelligent and patient-focused Wants long-term growth within a respected and rapidly growing practice Understands that every detail matters Works well with or without direct supervision Keeps busy when you have downtime without being asked.
