BACK OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES

• A positive, flexible, and detail oriented personality that gets along with others
• Excellent patient service skills, provide compassionate care, and able to multitask in fast paced environment.
• A person who enjoys personally communicating with patients, and is motivated to learn to obtain focused patient history, take eye care vital signs
• Motivated to learn the use of eye care equipment
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
• Assist with patient education and follow-up care
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish or Mandarin) Or

FRONT OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES

• A positive, flexible, and detail oriented personality that gets along with others
• Excellent patient service skills, provide compassionate care, and able to multitask in fast paced environment.
• Has prior experience working in healthcare as a front desk receptionist
• Has experience of obtaining patient benefits and checking for insurance verification with various health insurances (PPOs, Medicare, Medi-Cal, Medicare Advantage Plans, HMO plans, and others)
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
• Assist with patient education and follow-up care
