We are seeking someone who is open to providing both front and back office support and assist in procedures if/when needed. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with patient intake processes to ensure a seamless check-in experience Measure vital signs accurately and document patient histories using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Prepare patients for their visit by rooming them in a timely manner Potentially supporting physicians with tasks such as assisting in injections Manage medical documentation including updating patient demographics, medical history, surgical history, medication reconciliation, allergies Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to safety standards and while maintaining HIPAA compliance Obtain prior authorization for various interventional pain procedures Scheduling patients for upcoming appointments Doing follow-up phone calls after injections to check in with the patients Experience Prior experience working in outpatient clinics is highly desirable Experience in a pain management clinic is a plus Knowledge of pain management procedures is a plus Proficiency in general intake such as rooming patients, performing vitals, updating EHR medications and basic medical history Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, ICD and CPT coding practices, and outpatient procedures Previous roles involving interventional pain management procedures will strengthen your application Proficiency in blood draws/phlebotomy will strengthen your application Spanish speaking is a plus Join our fun team of doctors and MAs where we are routinely excited on a daily basis to provide life-changing treatments on patients who suffer from acute and chronic pain to help them regain their function!

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
