The ideal candidate must possess native or bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in all verbal and written interactions Your expertise will support clinical operations, assist healthcare providers, and ensure patient safety and comfort. Your proactive approach and compassionate communication will help foster a welcoming atmosphere for all patients and staff. Responsibilities Prepare examination rooms and assist healthcare providers with patient procedures, ensuring a smooth clinical flow. Take and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature, adhering to infection control protocols. Collect laboratory specimens and perform basic on-site tests. Administer routine injections, immunizations, and medications as directed. Maintain detailed medical documentation within electronic health records (EHR), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times. Operate medical equipment safely and effectively, including diagnostic tools and basic life support (BLS) devices such as CPR equipment. Experience Prior experience working in wellness environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures relevant to acute care environments. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR is required to ensure readiness for emergency situations.
