Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and organized Medical Assistant to join our team. The Medical Assistant will work closely with our Internal Medicine and Psychiatry physicians, providing both clinical and administrative support to ensure excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

Take and record patients' vital signs. Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians as needed. Escort patients to exam rooms and provide support during visits. Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments. Perform back-office duties, including documentation and maintaining patient records. Maintain exam rooms and ensure supplies are stocked. Follow clinic policies and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Experience taking vital signs and assisting healthcare providers. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
