Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 830am-530pm (No Weekends)

Responsibilities:

Rooming patients, including obtaining vital signs, obtaining reason for visit, and documenting symptoms their frequency, and severity. Provide injections, immunizations and other patient care services as ordered by the medical provider. Documents all required information in electronic medical record. Recognize urgent medical needs and triage care appropriately. Provides patients with accurate information when answering questions and concerns. Maintains patient records and protects patient confidentiality. Complete referrals accurately and appropriately. Answer telephones in a cheerful manner. Schedule appointments Process insurance issues (i.e., verifications and authorizations) and assist patients in understanding insurance plans. Greet and check in patients. Address patient requests and inquires. Resolve patient concerns.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Required Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited program (NHA or AMCA) Required AHA BLS Certification Required 1 year of experience of Medical Assisting in physician's office or other clinical settings.

Required Zoe Primary Pay:

$28.00 - $31.00 per hour
