JOB DESCRIPTION
CMG Medical Group is looking for a Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team! A FULL Time position. We are a growing practice looking for a dedicated, customer friendly and positive team member to support our Doctors in a busy and professional environment. Our practice is located in Vista, CA.
Medical Assistant duties include:
Able to assist providers in outstanding Quality Patient Care Educating patients as directed by physician Blood draws and injection experience a must Providing vitals, intake, and assisting the physician with exams, Returning patient phone calls and pharmacy calls in a timely manner Processing Authorizations & Referrals Maintaining a clean and organized environment EMR & Technology savvy Answering patient telephone or e-messages and scheduling appointments Comfortable with the patient referral process Other duties as assigned We are looking for candidates who have: 3 months Medical Assistant experience- A MUST Excellent communication and organizational and customer service skills. Employee should be able to put themselves in our patients' 'shoes' and be understanding of our patients' needs. A Team Player mentality and are able to multi-task, work independently and are self-motivated Medical Assistant Certificate High school graduate or equivalent
