CV is a new boutique medical aesthetics and wellness practice opening in Coral Springs, provider-led and built around integrated care. 3D facial imaging, high-frequency ultrasound, laboratory-based hormone and metabolic care, advanced laser and endolaser technology. Fewer patients, more time with each one, treatment plans built on assessment rather than promotions. We're opening with a small team. You'd be the first hire. The role Clinical support. Vitals, sterile field setup for endolaser and minor procedures, patient and room prep, assisting during injectable and laser treatments, clinical photography and documentation. Pace is part of the job. You may be photographing one patient, turning over a room for the next, and gloved and ready to assist five minutes later

• without being asked.

We want someone who tracks what's coming and is already prepared for it, stays calm when three things need attention at once, and enjoys working at that rhythm. Treatment coordination and sales. Part of this role is commercial, and we want to be direct about it. After the provider builds the treatment plan, you're the person who helps the patient move forward: presenting the plan and its price, explaining memberships and financing, asking for the deposit, booking before she leaves. You'll also follow up with patients who haven't decided and reactivate those who haven't returned. Consultative, never pressure-based

• but we track conversion. If discussing a $5,000 treatment plan makes you uncomfortable, this isn't the right role. Photo and video. You'll capture treatment content for patient education and social media
• knowing who's signed the release, recognizing a good moment while it's happening, getting the shot without interrupting anything.

Operations. Inventory, reordering before we run out, EMR workflow, reminders, and the follow-through that closes everything the same day rather than three days later. When you see a process that doesn't work, fix it rather than work around it. What we're looking for Professional fluency in English and Spanish (required)

• Medical Assistant, RN, or comparable clinical background
• including internationally trained physicians now working as medical assistants in the U.S.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, med spa, plastic surgery, or aesthetic dermatology
• Solid sterile technique
• EMR experience and current BLS certification (or willing to obtain within 60 days)
• Genuinely comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing cost
• Quick on your feet, organized, reliable without supervision A strong plus: laser or minor procedure experience, laser safety certification, comfort with photo and video, inventory management.
