Clinic Location:
This position will be required to float to the different Hightop Health clinics within the Atlanta, region.
Hourly Rate:
$18-$22 per hour depending upon experience Mileage reimbursement included.

Job Summary:
As a Medical Assistant / TMS Technician, you will be responsible for administering TMS therapy to patients with various mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, and OCD. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized treatment plans and ensure the safety and well-being of our patients throughout their TMS therapy sessions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial patient assessments to determine suitability for TMS therapy Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines. Perform TMS therapy sessions according to established protocols and safety standards Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Document patient responses and treatment outcomes accurately and comprehensively Collaborate with psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and their families about TMS therapy and answer any questions or concerns they may have Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care
Ideal Candidate:
Certified Medical Assistant - Required Certification or training in TMS administration preferred but willing to train the right candidate EHR (Athena) experience highly preferred Previous experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with individuals experiencing mental health disorders Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others Willingness to undergo background checks and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and licensure requirements About Hightop Health Hightop Health is the premier outpatient mental health group, committed to setting the standard for superior patient care.
