Job Description
Work Schedule:
100% FTE, full-time. Day shift.Summer hours:
Monday through Thursday 8-5p, Friday 8-330p.Winter hours:
Monday 8-5p, Tuesday 9a-6p, Wednesday 8-5p, Thursday 8a-6p, Friday 8-330p You will work at the UW Health Belvidere Clinic. Required
- Laboratory and phlebotomy training required within 30 days of hire. Required
- Drug and alcohol screening, and N95 training required within 30 days of hire. Required
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience
- At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting. Preferred
- Computer experience. Required Licenses & Certifications
- RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification is required upon hire. Required
- Bi-Annual CPR certification. Required
- Active RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification must be maintained. Required
- Audiometry certification through Northern Illinois University or Health Conservation, Inc.
