In this vital role, you will provide patient care and support clinical podiatry activities. Your expertise will help ensure smooth clinic workflows, accurate medical documentation, and a positive patient experience. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including rooming, collecting medical histories and vital signs such as blood pressure, and temperature. Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are ready for patient visits. Perform clinical tasks such as foot care, phlebotomy (blood draws), and patient transfers to exam chairs. X-Ray certification is a big plus Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) by updating patient charts accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards. Assist with patient procedures. Maintain medical records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations. Prior medical office experience in outpatient or inpatient settings is highly preferred. Strong communication skills combined with a passion for patient service will enable you to excel in this role.
