Use effective organizational and time management skills to set priorities and respond quickly to urgent/emergent situations 2. Establish cooperative working relationships with providers, staff and management to function as an effective part of the team 3. Represent the office positively and professionally at all times 4. Focus with a strong attention to detail and accuracy Responsibilities Certified Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing assorted clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient patient care. Under the supervision of the Clinical Office Coordinator, Staff Physicians and the Practice Manager Tasks Include o Clinical Full patient intake including vitals Assisting MDs in minor in-office procedures Drawing Blood, if needed Cleaning, stocking and maintaining the exam rooms Documenting and maintaining patient's record in the office EMR Participating in patient follow-up efforts o Administrative Greet patients promptly and professionally Maintains waiting room and front desk areas Answering & Routing Calls Scheduling & Re-Scheduling Appointments Checking-In and Checking-Out patients Authorizations (Medication and High-Tech Radiology) Job Highlights Private Practice Full-Time/ Part-Time Minimum 40 hours with limited OT Company Description - Small Physician owned OBGYN practice with a welcoming family like environment.
