We are seeking compassionate, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Medical Assistant , you will assist with procedures, provide education, and support the multidisciplinary team, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care at every step of their path to parenthood. We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Ohio in Cincinnati, OH . This full-time, onsite role working Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Key Responsibilities Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update their information. Support front desk operations as needed, including patient check-in and other administrative tasks to ensure a welcoming and seamless patient experience. Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments. Perform diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections. Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are stocked and ready. Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR). Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals. Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures. Adhere to infection control and safety standards to maintain a clean and organized environment. Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering. Respond to patient inquiries and provide outstanding customer service. Perform other duties and support special projects as assigned.
