In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our dermatologists and physician assistants while ensuring an exceptional experience for every patient. If you are compassionate, organized, and passionate about dermatology, we invite you to apply. Responsibilities Assist dermatologists and PAs with a wide range of dermatology procedures and treatments. Prepare patients for exams, obtain medical histories, and record vital signs accurately. Educate patients on skincare regimens, treatment plans, and post-procedure instructions. Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Sterilize, set up, and maintain medical instruments and procedure rooms. Provide hands-on support during minor surgeries and in-office procedures. Perform administrative duties including scheduling, answering phones, assisting with referrals, and managing patient paperwork. Collaborate with providers, MAs, and front office teams to ensure efficient clinic flow and high-quality patient care.
