Cranston & Providence, RI Cityside Chiropractic Center is seeking a reliable, friendly, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time position offers a dynamic opportunity to support patients and contribute to a high-quality, patient-centered healthcare environment.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking patients in and out Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow Answering phones and assisting with patient inquiries Verifying insurance benefits and collecting copayments Assisting the doctor with therapies and patient care Maintaining a clean and organized office environment What we're looking for: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting No prior experience required—we will train the right candidate Medical assistant training or background preferred but not required Reliable transportation to work in both Cranston and Providence offices as needed Join a supportive, mission-driven team that values patient care and teamwork.
