This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to delivering a seamless, elevated patient experience. The primary function in this role is as medical assistant with front desk support and medication ordering part of the overall role. The ideal candidate is confident clinically, highly organized, and thrives in an environment where multitasking and patient care excellence go hand-in-hand. What we're looking for 1-2 years of experience as a medical assistant with proficiency and expertise with drawing patient blood for labs in a clinic setting Ideally, you'll have experience with Zenoti, our patient medical records system A team player willing to contribute as needed to support providers and the front desk team Dedication to ensuring a 5-star patient experience for every patient Detail oriented with experiencing charting patient history and conditions accurately Has strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills Is comfortable creating and engaging with social media content Is flexible with taking on administrative tasks in a small business environment Flexibility and a positive attitude at all times Key Responsibilities Support aesthetic injectors as a medical assistant Prepare injectables and IV therapies per protocol Apply numbing agents and take before/after photos Room patients, support overlapping appointments, and maintain smooth flow Chart during and between appointments Clean, stock, and turn over treatment rooms Perform blood draws, process labs (labeling, spinning, packaging, handle pickup) Monitor and remove IVs; take and document vital signs Assist with physicals (vitals, intake, blood draws) Perform InBody scans and upload results Assist with inventory management, including tracking supply levels and restocking as needed Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Assist with front desk duties regularly Create orders for patient medications Qualifications Medical Assistant certification or relevant experience Strong phlebotomy and IV skills Med spa, aesthetics, or wellness experience preferred Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude

Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
