Provides direct administrative support to the Director of Clinical Education, Program Director, and clinical faculty
Serves as a primary point of contact for communication with students, faculty, preceptors, and clinical sites
Maintains organized documentation, correspondence, and office operations
Coordinates clinical rotation schedules, site assignments, and student placements
Maintains clinical site and preceptor databases
Assists with affiliation agreements and required documentation tracking
Supports onboarding and orientation of students to clinical rotations
Maintains accurate student clinical records, evaluations, and attendance
Supports accreditation compliance and documentation (ARC-PA and institutional)
Assists with data collection and reporting for program assessment
Coordinates meetings and prepares agendas and materials
Records and distributes meeting minutes
Assists with clinical education events, workshops, and ceremonies
Supports student and preceptor communications and engagement
Maintains positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and strong customer service
Supports and promotes the mission of the University and PA Program
