Morristown, TN Description Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Morristown, TN Primary Care Practice Temporary Contract (Coverage for Leave of Absence) Monday - Friday | Day Shift RemX Healthcare is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support a busy Primary Care practice in Morristown, TN. This is a temporary assignment covering an employee leave of absence and offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
Room patients and obtain vital signs
Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during patient visits
Document patient information accurately in the EMR
Handle patient phone calls, referrals, and prescription requests
Provide excellent patient care and support
Requirements:
Current CMA certification required
Prior Medical Assistant experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
