Will be responsible for vital signs, heavy data entry, assisting with procedures, and injections. It is a very hands on position and you will learn lots. We are in need of a motivated person to be part of our team and be a team player. Summary As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), you will support clinical and administrative operations across medical teams, reporting to clinical supervisors or a practice manager. You will provide patient-centered care, perform vital signs, assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, manage data entry in EHR systems, and administer medications as directed. Your strong medical administration, pharmacology knowledge, and bedside skills will help ensure efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Your experience in medical office management and patient services will contribute to a smooth, organized healthcare setting. Responsibilities Provide medical administrative support and coordinate daily office workflows, including patient scheduling, data entry, and medical record maintenance in the EHR system. Assist clinicians with diagnostic tests, procedures, vital signs, and medication administration as needed, ensuring patient safety and accuracy. Support patient care activities, respond to inquiries, and facilitate smooth patient flow in both ambulatory and clinical care settings. Monitor medication handling, basic pharmacology principles, and clinical documentation to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations. Maintain organized clinical environments, manage inventory, and assist with hospital, urgent care, or specialty procedures as required. Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with medical administrative support and patient care experience Proficient in EHR systems, data entry, vital signs, and basic life support Background in medical office management, pharmacology, and clinical assistance with diagnostic procedures Experience in inpatient settings or hospital/urgent care environments; ability to assist with injections and medication administration Knowledge of physiology and patient service, with demonstrated teamwork in fast-paced clinical settings
