Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced medical assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting with back office activities of the practice. Previous experience is a MUST . Please do not apply if you do not have at least 1 full year of Medical Assistant experience in the BACK office.
Responsibilities:
Rooming Patients Pulmonary Function Testing Allergy Testing Administering Allergy Injections Assisting the Physician Patient Education Checking Patients In/Out Obtaining Prior Authorizations Planning and Maintaining Work Facilities, Supplies, and Operations Manual Scheduling Patients Performing Other Tasks as
Needed Qualifications:
Must be an
EXPERIENCED
Medical Assistant (or LVN, LPN, or RN) Must have previous experience in private practice Previous experience in Allergy/Asthma/Immunology preferred. Ability to prioritize and multi-task Strong clinical skills Deadline and detail-oriented Upbeat, positive team player Strong leadership qualities
Additional Information:
Pay is DOE Hours are M-TH approximately 8AM-6:30PM, Fri 8AM-2PM Sat-Sun OFF Please submit both a
