Eye Surgical Associates Schedule:

Part-Time | 40 hours per pay period | Monday - Friday About the Role Join our team as a Coding Specialist and play a key role in keeping our clinical operations seamless and compliant. In this role, you will ensure high accuracy in medical coding, documentation, and claim accuracy. Key Responsibilities Medical Coding & Revenue Integrity Review and verify provider coding selections and operative reports, applying necessary modifiers and co-management details. Audit medical records to accurately capture principal diagnoses, procedures, and charges for accurate maximum reimbursement. Partner with physicians and clinical staff to clarify documentation, provide coding guidance, and deliver training on regulation updates. Serve as the liaison for the billing department, resolving claim denials and submitting redeterminations. Stay current on carrier updates, federal regulations, and coding requirements affecting Eye Surgical Associates & Sutton Dermatology

+ Aesthetics. This position will focus primarily on coding for Sutton Dermatology

+ Aesthetics. High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database management, and credentialing/privileging software. Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or an Associate Degree in Medical Coding preferred Prior medical coding experience and a strong foundation in medical terminology preferred Benefits & Perks We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
