Lafayette, CO A growing veterinary practice is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join its team in a leadership-focused role.

This opportunity is well suited for a doctor who is interested in providing high-quality patient care while helping guide a veterinary team and contribute to the development of the practice. Responsibilities Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and urgent care services. Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and communicate recommendations to clients. Lead and support veterinary and support staff. Promote a positive, collaborative practice culture. Mentor other veterinarians and contribute to clinical development. Help establish and maintain effective clinical workflows. Maintain accurate medical records and comply with applicable veterinary standards. Support the continued growth and development of the practice. Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution. Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure. Minimum of 5 years of veterinary experience preferred. Current DEA license and USDA accreditation or ability to obtain. Strong clinical and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to high-quality patient care and team development.
