Job Description

Lead. Inspire. Grow. Deliver Results. We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Spa Director to lead the overall operational, financial, and cultural success of our luxury medical spa. This is more than a traditional spa management role—we're looking for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing high-performing teams, driving accountability, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and consistently exceeding business goals. The Spa Director will work closely with ownership to execute strategic initiatives, improve operational performance, develop future leaders, and build a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous growth. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team. Foster a positive, accountable, guest-first culture built on trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development meetings. Develop future leaders through succession planning and ongoing mentorship. Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, performance management, and employee relations. Business Performance Meet or exceed monthly sales, profitability, and operational goals. Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including: Revenue Profitability Guest retention Membership conversion Average ticket Retail sales Treatment package sales Provider utilization Payroll and labor efficiency Inventory management Guest satisfaction Analyze business trends and implement strategic action plans to improve results. Make data-driven decisions using reporting, dashboards, and financial metrics. Operations Ensure exceptional guest experiences from consultation through follow-up. Maintain the highest standards of operations, cleanliness, compliance, and safety. Oversee scheduling, staffing, inventory, purchasing, payroll, and expense management. Ensure all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are consistently followed. Coordinate facility maintenance and operational improvements. Marketing & Growth Execute local marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and monthly promotional events. Support guest acquisition and retention strategies. Assist with evaluating future expansion opportunities, new locations, and special projects as needed. Manage and grow social media presence Communication & Leadership Lead daily huddles and monthly leadership meetings. Clearly communicate company goals, priorities, and expectations. Recognize and reward top performers while addressing performance concerns promptly. Serve as a positive ambassador for the company with guests, employees, vendors, and the community. Qualifications The ideal candidate is an experienced operational leader with a proven ability to build exceptional teams while consistently improving business performance. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of leadership experience in medical aesthetics, luxury hospitality, wellness, retail, or a related service industry. Demonstrated success increasing sales, profitability, and operational performance. Experience coaching teams to exceed sales and service goals. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, payroll, inventory, and KPI management. Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills. Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business management software. Ability to travel occasionally and work evenings, weekends, or special events as needed. What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days, you will: Build trust and credibility with the team through visible, hands-on leadership. Implement strategic initiatives that improve operational performance. Drive measurable improvements across sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and key performance indicators. Establish a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement while positioning the spa for long-term growth.
