Hospice & Palliative Care Medical Director MercyOne Genesis | Bettendorf, IA MercyOne Genesis is seeking an experienced Hospice & Palliative Care Medical Director to provide clinical leadership for our established hospice program, including the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House and Hospice Home & Community Services. In partnership with the Executive Director, Director of Clinical Services, and hospice leadership team, the Medical Director will oversee the quality and delivery of hospice and palliative care services while supporting program growth, quality initiatives, and interdisciplinary collaboration. EPIC Shared weekday call coverage with APP support Qualifications MD or DO with Iowa medical license Board Certified; Hospice & Palliative Medicine certification preferred Fellowship training and hospice/palliative care experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and interdisciplinary team skills Commitment to patient-centered care across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and cultural domains Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $260,000-$280,000 Relocation assistance up to $15,000 Annual CME allowance: $6,000 Paid malpractice with tail coverage Comprehensive benefits beginning day one 403(b) with employer match and 457(b) savings plan Generous PTO package Why the Quad Cities?
