Responsibilities:

Provide medical direction and oversight to our multidisciplinary care teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices Develop and implement care plans that promote optimal health outcomes and resident satisfaction Conduct regular assessments of resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for clinical operations and quality improvement initiatives Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuously evaluate and improve clinical practices Develop and maintain positive relationships with resident families, healthcare providers, and community partners
