Camarillo Premier Dental is a growing, privately owned PPO practice looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to help lead our team and build one of the premier private dental practices in Ventura County. This is more than a traditional Office Manager position. We're looking for a leader who enjoys developing people, improving systems, solving problems, and creating a culture of accountability and excellence. You'll work directly with Dr. Thomas Pham to help build a highly efficient, patient-focused practice with exciting opportunities for future growth. About Us Camarillo Premier Dental is a modern private PPO practice producing over $100,000 per month. Our mission is to provide exceptional dentistry with compassion, integrity, and an outstanding patient experience. As our practice continues to grow, we're investing in great people, strong systems, and leadership. We also have a dedicated virtual support team that assists with insurance verification, claims, payment posting, and accounts receivable, allowing our Office Manager to focus on leadership, operations, team development, and patient experience. Our long-term vision is to expand into multiple locations while maintaining the same exceptional culture and standard of care. What You'll Do Lead and inspire both the administrative and clinical teams Lead daily morning huddles and promote accountability throughout the practice Create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion Improve treatment acceptance and scheduling efficiency Monitor and improve KPIs, including: Production Collections Treatment acceptance New patient conversion Hygiene reappointment Schedule utilization Cancellations Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily office operations Coach, mentor, and develop team members Recruit, onboard, and train new employees Resolve patient concerns professionally and compassionately Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and office systems Partner directly with Dr. Pham to execute the long-term vision of the practice Qualifications Minimum 5 years of management experience Minimum 3 years managing a dental practice preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with PPO insurance, treatment coordination, scheduling, and dental office operations Comfortable reviewing and improving KPIs Highly organized and solutions-oriented Excellent conflict resolution skills Demonstrated ability to build a positive, accountable, and drama-free team culture Passion for leadership, continuous improvement, and developing others We're Looking for Someone Who... ✔ Leads by example ✔ Takes ownership instead of waiting for direction ✔ Builds systems that improve efficiency ✔ Develops people and helps them succeed ✔ Holds team members accountable with professionalism and respect ✔ Remains calm under pressure ✔ Solves problems instead of creating them ✔ Wants to build a long-term career with our practice Compensation & Benefits $45-55 per hour (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Paid Time Off Continuing Education Leadership development Career advancement opportunities Opportunity to grow into a Director of Operations role as the practice expands Why Join Camarillo Premier Dental?
